Managing and facilitating the audio, video, and technology for a local, non-affiliated, 350 member Methodist church. Working with both staff and volunteers to facilitate use of various modalities across communications programs. Creation and stewardship of budgets for A/V departments. This rapidly growing congregation relies on us to lead and expand its technology, worship, live-streaming, and media programs across all areas of the organization.
Here are some statistics:
- More than 450 visitors on Easter Sunday Service.
- Average attendance of 250-450 visitors.
- Supporting five pastors, full choir, soloists, and instrumentalists.
- Leading a team of three A/V technicians.
